A Customer Relations Credo

Here is a customer relations policy that many warehouse operators might adopt:

  1. Respond to every customer inquiry within a day.
  2. Every key customer has a regularly scheduled visit from our senior management.
  3. We keep our customers informed, as well as aware of our capabilities.
  4. We recognize and thank clients when they award us with additional business.
  5. We try to improve our understanding of our clients operations so we can improve our ability to serve them.
  6. We are easy to do business with.
