The Changing World of Customer Returns

Eighty percent of product returns have no defects. They are sent back because the consumer wanted something different.

The disposition job of return merchandise continues to grow. When international borders are involved, the handling problem becomes more complicated. For example, the rate of returns from Canada to the US has grown significantly.

Customs clearance requirements must be met. A poorly managed process can put a tremendous strain on your warehouse's available space and labor.
